Please note: all sales are final for plants and one-of-a-kind or Found items and can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. If you are unsure of an item’s return eligibility, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items purchased may be returned for store credit only, no more than seven days upon receiving the item by mail or seven days after initial in-store purchase. Returns MUST be pre-authorized by Cursive: please send your request to email@example.com with the item name and reason for your return. Returned items must be unused, returned in original packaging, and sent at customer’s expense to Cursive, ATTN: Returns, 2780 Cabot Dr. Ste 115, Corona, CA 92883. Store credit can not be given without the original receipt. Please include the original packaging slip for returns by mail. We highly recommend you ensure your item is packaged properly as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Items that arrive to Cursive damaged in anyway may not be eligible for store credit. Once Cursive receives your returned item, we will provide the customer with store credit within five business days.
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order as we do not currently offer direct exchanges by mail.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of making the purchase as long as the item has not been processed or already in route. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order.
Damage claims must be reported immediately to email@example.com within three business days upon receiving the item. Claims received after three business days will not be processed. To avoid this, we recommend immediate inspection of your item upon delivery. In your claim, please provide images of the damaged product. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. This may be done by writing ” Packaging damaged/inspection needed” clearly on the delivery slip you are asked to sign. Failure to note damages on the delivery slip upon arrival of package, may limit or completely prevent Cursive from processing a damage claim with the shipper. Keep all damaged packaging materials including box in which the shipment arrived along with inside contents. We are unable to process a damage claim with the carrier if the packaging materials are not kept.
Cursive strives to recycle as much as possible when shipping. With this in mind, some orders arrive with packaging materials that have be appropriated from a previous shipment. We encourage our customers to recycle any and all shipping materials that are used in orders and appreciate any efforts to do so.
